I am in love with this new fitness greenacres podcast that features the best fitness trainers in the world. The variety of tips, tricks, and tricks to get you into the best shape of your life is amazing. I especially love the part where they talk about how people don’t even care if their gym is open 24 hours a day as long as they have a great workout routine.
Well, I guess you could say that the people who don’t care what time it is and how much they can workout are the people who get the best workout routines. A lot of fitness and weight-lifting enthusiasts complain that they’re doing everything wrong (especially those who work out for more than an hour a day) and they should just get into the gym with their friends and do it from home. I always say that if I were in their shoes, I would do exactly the opposite.
Personally, I can’t say one way is worse than another, but for the people who want to workout all day then work out all the time then want a gym membership then complain that theyre doing everything wrong all the time then complain that gym memberships are useless and the gym is dirty and it should be free, well, I guess that’s all up to you.
I say go with what you love, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you need to work out in your garage. Just because you love the gym doesn’t mean you should turn your garage into the place that is the most fun to do all day. When you say you love a gym, you really are referring to the gym as a place where you can work out. You don’t need to be doing it from the comfort of your home.
I think that the gym should be a place where people can just be and do whatever they want, but it needs to be more than a place where you can go to do cardio and weight training. You must know that you will be working out and you must be really motivated to be there. But if you are not, then you probably should not be there.
I have a friend who is a really great trainer. She spends hours working on her cardio and weight training. She is not a big fan of the gym, nor of anyone who says they love the gym, (I mean, even though I do love the gym, I know it will take a lot more than a few hours daily to make me happy).
She is a good trainer because she has a very strong work ethic. She is not a fan of people who say they love the gym, because they are not really doing anything good. This is like saying “I’m not going to the gym because I don’t like the gym.” This is like saying “I don’t want to go to the gym because I don’t like anyone who tells me what I can and cannot do”.
All the usual crap. The fact is that the only person I really care about is what I want to do. I will be doing something else if I can’t do anything with my body and my muscles, so I will do whatever I can to do whatever I can to get that job done. The reason I love my gym is because it makes me feel more alive.
The reason I love my gym is because I can do more than I thought I could do, and that is by exercising. If I didn’t, I wouldn’t feel good about myself. I don’t care if I ever get in the gym or lose my hair or have a heart attack. I just want to be able to do stuff that I feel good about, so I want to be able to do stuff that makes me feel good.
If you have goals and you are dedicated, you have no excuse to not be happy. If you are dedicated, you have no excuse to not be happy. I have no excuse to not be happy.
