So today it was a holiday and we were supposed to visit a family friend. It was a Saturday morning, and we were supposed to be going to her family’s place for a nice dinner. We were all set to go when we got an email from the office. Apparently, a glitch in our trip to the airport had caused us to miss our flight.
We had no idea what this was, so we emailed the email to someone at the airport. We waited, and waited, and finally someone in the office responded. The next evening our flight was cancelled. We were told that we had to reschedule for the following Monday.
The reason why we waited so long was because we were on a flight to the US. The flight was cancelled at the last minute, and we were delayed. We couldn’t be sure, because the flight from London to the US was delayed. We decided to reschedule for the following Monday.
The problem there is that the cancellation was due to a malfunction in the flight system, so the airline didnt have enough information to know why it was cancelled. So we wanted to get a confirmation of the delay so we could reschedule for the following night. The problem is that the airline does not have enough information to give us the information needed to reschedule for the following night.
So instead of a confirmation of the delay, the airline just sent our flight a text message saying they’d rescheduled us for the following night. What they did not say was that they’d rescheduled us for the following Tuesday.
