Our bodies are made to store fat and are designed to move in a certain direction. That way, we can either stay put or gain weight to make us look bigger. One factor in the ability of a body to store fat and move in a certain direction is that it is able to do so with minimal effort. If you are a bodybuilder or are trying to lose weight, you have to train constantly to burn calories and perform the exact same exercises.
This can be very unhealthy, as your body uses more energy to move more fat that it is actually burning. It does this by doing different movements than you are used to to burn fat. The reason this is unhealthy is because it means that your body is constantly being overtrained. This can be damaging to your health, as increased stress on your body can increase your chances of developing certain diseases.

If you’re in a serious situation, you can get some training to go along with your workout, which means your body will burn more calories, but you won’t be able to get them off and you won’t be able to get them off and on for the rest of your day.
