In 2011, I was introduced to Earth Fitness Gardens (EFG) by my best friend and his wife, Tessa and Kasey, who both worked there. They were excited to help me get healthy and to help me find a new way to exercise (and of course, to get me to work out). What I love about the EFG philosophy is that they want to help you reach for your health goals and make them your own.
The philosophy is that the more you put into fitness, the easier it becomes, and the more you move towards your goal, the easier it is to reach. The best part is that they don’t have a set weight or a set intensity, so it’s your own choice. You can set your goal to be lighter, your goal to be stronger, or even your goal to be able to eat any fruit you want.
It’s true: I love the philosophy, but it’s not the whole picture. The point is that you can set your goals (and your fitness) for yourself, and then later, when you have a plan of what works for you, you can put it in your head about what you want to accomplish. It’s a pretty simple matter. Once you have a plan, you can move on to the next step.
The idea is that once you have your plan in mind, you can visualize where you want to go, and then you can work on achieving it. It’s the same thing as what I’ve done with my health goals. I like to visualize what I want to accomplish every day, and then I do it.
The thing is, a lot of people can’t even get started with their health goals because they’re afraid of setting unrealistic goals. However, with fitness goals, you have the ability to set goals that are attainable by the month, 5 years, or whatever you want. You’re not just setting goals that you have to meet, its attainable goals.
So, its like setting a goal for yourself. You can only start with a small goal like, “I want to lose ten pounds in three months”. You cant meet that goal for several reasons. First, youll have to change your eating habits to make that goal happen. Youll have to eat the right foods, exercise, etc. Second, youll have to change your habits to make the weight loss happen. Youll have to lose a certain amount of weight to achieve the goal.
For example, with a goal like “I want to run a 5k in six days,” you wont be able to meet it because youll still have to change your habits. Youll have to change your eating habits to make that goal happen. Youll have to exercise to make that goal happen. Youll have to eat the right foods, exercise, etc. The other way around is that youll be able to achieve that goal without changing your habits.
This is the ultimate example of the concept of self-awareness that I have found myself using in my work. There is a word that sounds pretty good, but I don’t have the time to learn how to make it so it’s not really as simple as the words you’re trying to convey. If you can learn to be self-aware, then you will become more capable, more capable of making the world a better place.
I found myself using the same word over and over again, but in the case of a planet fitness gardner ma, it was only to be used to describe the process of creating and maintaining a planet.
When you write that word, you end up with a list of the things that you want to be aware of. It doesn’t really matter if this was the first time you wrote it or how you knew how to write it, but it does matter if you are aware of what you want to be aware of. And if you can learn to be self-aware, then you will become more capable, more capable of making the world a better place.
