The IBM Business Process Manager training is designed for people who are new to the role. The training covers all aspects of the job including the management of the business process and the business process management strategy, how to communicate, how to evaluate the status of the process, and how to engage customers to provide value.
It’s a lot of information to take in, but the training is free, and it also requires an IBM subscription. You should really look at the IBMs courses themselves. If you’re going to take them, you need to do them from time to time. They are all about being able to learn. They’ll get you where you need to go, and you’ll be able to do it in a way that you can’t be trained for.
I think what the ibm courses are doing is giving you a taste of what to expect from the IBM business process management program. They are giving you step by step instructions on how to get to the place where you want to go, with the right set of skills and knowledge to do so.
