I was a bad blogger. I mean, I could have done a really good job, but I just don’t have the skills. I’m not a fitness expert, I’m more of a health and wellness coach. I’d like to help people get into fitness and health, but I’m not a trainer or expert at it. In the past 12 months I’ve been doing a lot of research on the web, reading and researching all the different things you can do to improve your fitness and health.
I don’t have any formal training. I do fitness with some classes and some stuff in the gym. I also have a couple of friends that have really good programs for getting the body you want. I have been trying to get into a few of these websites, but just recently found out that one of my friends is working there and I didnt want to be the one to tell them they are doing something wrong, but I dont know. I may just have to go ahead and ask them.

I love this. If you love doing workouts, then I want to hear about it. We all love to hear about our fitness routines, and I know what to tell you. I have found that it is always good to get feedback. You can’t really get better from a workout without it.
