He has a gym and a big studio space where he gets his students to do a variety of strength training and cardio workouts at various times throughout the day and night. I am not saying that physical fitness is a bad thing, but I am saying that it’s too easy for it to be a chore. It’s not hard to walk from one end of the parking lot to the other for five minutes or to hold and squat a certain number of times in the gym for an hour. But if you have to be there for a whole hour, you are going to get burned out.
