Well, the best of them are dietitians. The worst are nutritionists.
This is a bit of a tough one. I’m not sure if you can really differentiate between the two. A nutritionist will be one who studies food and diet to make sure its right for you, and a dietician will be one who teaches you how to eat correctly. If you want to learn how to cook, you can probably do it, but you can probably also get a nutritionist.
Nutritionists and dietitians are two sides of the same coin. One has a job that is very specific and specialized, whereas the other has a job that is more broad and general in nature. In the end, when you go to a nutritionist they will be more of your general dietician. If you want to find a dietician, you can do that, but you can also get a nutritionist.
Most of the recipes here are just general tips for nutrition and other activities.
I’m not a huge fan of cooking my own food. The food I eat is either purchased or given to me and I usually don’t want to cook it myself. But I’ve seen a lot of food blogs that are a little more creative with their recipes. The recipes in this post all fall under this category.
A lot of them are simple meal plans, but some are more elaborate. You can also get a massage therapist, a personal trainer, and a chiropractor. And while I’m sure they are all good people, that doesn’t make them dieticians.
These professionals are known as fitness professionals. They are often doctors, nutritionists, and personal trainers. All of them are working out at least weekly, but not all of them are. The reason is that most of them are either going to school full time or are employed full time so they can get the best education.
