Well, this is a pretty easy one. I recommend that you try to set a goal that you already know you can achieve. If you really want to get fit, you should try walking around in a park. If you really want to learn to play soccer, you should try playing for an hour with a friend. If you really want to get a great tan and lose some weight, you should try going to the beach.

A lot of people think that being a part of a gym is a good way to lose weight, but its not. It’s an exercise that you can do at your own pace if you want to.
