I am a fitness junkie, but not too bad, and I love to eat ice cream. I can tell you that I am on the right track. This week, I am going to do something different. I feel like I am doing something different with my new self. I do not have to look at my old self and realize that it is a different person.
I am a new person. This is a new kind of self-awareness. You see, things are changing. Things have changed. I feel so much better about this. But I don’t see that I am doing anything different in the process.
