If we lose weight and then are given a class that says, “you should have been at this class the last 3 months,” then we need to take care of our self. Not just with our exercise, but with our eating habits.
The big question here is, why do we want to do nothing about our fitness? We don’t want to. It’s not the kind of thing that requires a lot of self care to be able to take care of our body, and that’s what we want to do.
