If youre not doing something that engages your mind, your body, and your soul, then you are essentially sitting on a log of burning calories.
If you dont like running, you can always get a bike. Thats about it. You might even be able to find a gym where you can train every single day. But that can be a challenge too, and that means you have to train a lot, which is why youre getting fit. Because youre not just going to do a couple hundred yards and then go home, youre going to set yourself a challenge.
Just walking for hours, walking for five minutes without stopping is probably the most dangerous exercise that you could run. You could be walking for five minutes and then walking for three and then running for two and then running again. What’s the point?
