The classes are fun, but I believe Planet Fitness understands the importance of focusing first on improving your fitness before trying to get in shape.
The Planet Fitness community is also very helpful when it comes to getting into a game. You just have to keep your eyes on the ground and you know you’re getting in shape. And even if you don’t get into a game, you’ll be happy you’ve done it before.
