I’ve been to the doctor and the dentist, the hospital and the ER, and the gym and the spa. I’ve done everything. I have no problem being on a machine and being told what I can or cannot do. I don’t need a doctor’s note or a prescription or any of the formalities of being “medically competent.
However, Ive never had a medical exam. Ive never been medicated. I have no idea what the hell is up with my body. And until now, Ive never understood why I cant feel pain or have a headache.
Because while you’re at the doctor, the nurse tells you about all the stuff you don’t want to know about your body.
Now, I would like to see you take my advice. The only way to really make a change in your health and fitness is to start with the basics, which is what I think this video is trying to tell you. You need to get off the couch. I mean, even if youve been a couch potato all your life, you can still do a few exercise classes. You can start to get your butt in shape. Start with a few classes.
The video gives a great overview of what you should be doing already. For instance, the video shows you how to do push ups, you can start with that right away, in about five minutes. Another one of the best videos Ive ever seen that tells you what to do if you want to shed that extra 20 pounds.
I have no problem recommending these great videos. And if you dont have your own personal trainer, you can find one through the gym, but the videos are very helpful. You can find them all over Youtube.
There is actually a great workout video that I like to recommend to my clients that is based on that video. It is called “Get Fit with Planet Fitness” and is a great way to get started doing push ups. I recommend checking it out.
I like push ups too and would recommend them to anyone. But I am NOT saying you have to do them. I am just saying you can watch these videos and have fun watching them.
I have seen some videos that show some of the most amazing things you can do with these four push ups.
The video I mentioned here is one that I recently watched. It’s called Get Fit with Planet Fitness. They explain the different push ups you can do, and the moves that are most effective at doing them. The first one is called “Dartboard Push Up”. It involves you using your arms to push up a large bar. Next is the “Mountain Push Up”. You use your body weight to push up a large bar. The last one is called “Pushup Pushup”.
