This is the best time of the year to get into shape. I’ve been getting in shape on the regular these past few months and the fact that my blog has been sharing tips and tricks to get into shape since it was launched in 2009 is a testament of the fact that we are all very much on the same page. Planet Fitness (known for its muscle-building, body-building, and weight loss programs) is a chain of gyms in California that began promoting fitness in the late 90s. The chain currently has over 60 studios in the United States and Canada. The concept is simple: people who have a certain amount of muscle mass and can do a certain exercise will get paid to workout.
Planet Fitness is known for providing the most extreme workout courses to the most extreme fitness enthusiasts. These people are known for their extremely intense workout schedules and extremely strict schedules. These people can get up to 300 hours of training in their career, or a year of full-time training at Planet Fitness.
Planet Fitness started in 2007 as a way for people to get into shape. That’s a pretty short period of time for a fitness program to be popular. But it seems as though the concept has caught on. So that means that Planet Fitness is a program in which fitness is more than just exercise. And that sounds good, but if you’re in a hurry, it doesn’t really work. Planet Fitness has a full-on class called “Body Pump” which is basically a video of people doing push-ups, crunches, and more. That’s pretty brutal and you’ll be working out in short spurts.
This is a great way to get an idea of how much you want to do and how much you want to do it. If you think about it, you’d probably be in a position where you should be doing something rather than just doing something. The body pump is a whole other story.
