As it turns out, after some time I noticed that the most important thing to keep in mind is that it is not for everyone to go out for a walk or to go to a place where you can walk for a few minutes, but for some you should keep it a little bit less than you’d like to. In other words, not only is it for you to stay active, but it is also for everyone to stay active, so it’s also for everyone to stay active, too.
I think that this is just one of the more “fun” aspects of the planet fitness game. Although in reality its not actually that fun, because you can’t actually just “go out” for a walk and do it.
