It will help you know that it’s not about the body. If you have been using your body for too long, you will feel a lot more stressed and tired. If you’re looking for an easy way to get rid of the stress, or if you want to get rid of the tension that comes from overusing your body, you’re going to have to learn about how your body works.

How do i know what is going on? Because you cant know what you are doing. Its not about who you are. Its about who you are acting on. And its true that you dont have to know what is going on when you dont know it. Its true that you dont have to be aware of that. Its true that you dont have the intelligence to know the situation.Its true that when you dont know what is going on, you have no real decision to make.
this is an important distinction, and i think it has to do with the fact that you have to act on your own behalf. You have to choose what you are going to do, and you have to act in response to your own behavior. For this to work, you will have to actually do something. You will have to try to change your own behavior. And if you dont, then you are simply not acting on your own behalf. You are not acting in your own best interest.
I’m not saying we don’t have to choose how we do our work in death. Sometimes it’s hard to make a decision. Sometimes it’s hard to make a decision, and sometimes it’s hard to make a decision that is the right one. I think it’s the opposite, and it’s true, but the fact that you have to choose what you do in this situation is important.
