You could do some cardio on the weekends too, just not as much. The workouts vary from cardio or cardiovascular to strength training. Its not like you need to work out to be stronger. The point is the workouts are a bit different.
The time-learning app for free features a couple of nice little apps like Heartache, which is also free as well, and it’s a good fit for the android market.
They say you can’t learn to swim by watching. You need to do it by doing. But how do you do it? Most of the time people learn to swim by doing for the most part. It’s a time-learning app that trains you to do cardio or weight training exercises.
The new heart rate tracking app is called H2O-Tracker, but it works at a similar pace to the heart rate tracking app, but it’s a little bit more different. It basically runs an app that tracks your heart rate at every second for 5 seconds. It uses sensors to automatically detect whether you have an heartbeat or not. If you have an heartbeat at least 5 seconds, you can automatically check if you are fit for the sport.
You have to manually set a heart rate zone, but once you’re in the zone you can set a speed the app will record your heart rate at. That’s pretty cool, I think it’s a great idea, and I’m really hoping the app will get a few people to switch over to it.
