Orangetheory has been around since the late 80s, and its founder, Steve Wertz, has been the CEO since 2003. In fact, Steve Wertz was the first coach to use the term “self-coaching.” As a trainer for 30 years, Steve has gained a lot of respect from clients and their trainers alike.
We’re not even close to that. Weve only had a handful of clients in the past few years, but we’ve managed to reach over 1,000. There are many healthy, happy, and healthy results for you. Weve got to get to the bottom of this.

Steve Wertz is an accomplished bodybuilder, trainer, and author. He has a YouTube channel that features training videos for his clients, and he is also a fitness writer and motivational speaker.
