If I were a person who was always doing the gym, I would start the day with running, because it’s the most efficient way to get to the gym. I could run 10-15 minutes at a time, a treadmill, or do a combination of other running activities. I would also go to the gym when I was getting ready to go for the day but would go to the gym the next day.

I dont get it. Everyone runs with a GPS and theyre always running. Theyre always running because theyre always trying to find something. It gets boring after awhile. If I wanted to run because I wanted to find something, I would just stick to the roads. I wouldnt need a GPS to find something, because it would always be close.
There is no way to know what is happening in the world at any given moment. You can’t know what is happening and how fast things are going, so people are trying to figure it out and then theyre trying to figure it all out. You know it’s not gonna work out, it’s not gonna work out, but you have to find the right way to do it.
