So how does this affect her in-game fitness? Well lindsey renee is all about being efficient in her everyday life. She uses the time she has to work out properly and improve her body. But her current workout routine involves a lot of high-intensity cardio (and to be fair, a lot of walking, too). So if youre watching this video, your workout routine may not be quite as efficient as it used to be.

But there’s a problem with this workout routine: It’s not very good for everyone. You may be at risk for damaging your kidneys, heart, and other organs if you’re not careful.
