The point is, when you exercise, you are not only training your body in a specific way, you are doing so with the intention of losing weight. You are losing weight, and you may be doing it in an efficient manner, but you are not doing so for the sake of weight loss. You are not doing so for the sake of being healthier. You are just doing it because you want to get physically fit for whatever reason you have.
The most interesting thing I’ve heard you say about weight loss is that you get fat, and you want to become fat for exercise. I see you on TV saying that weight loss is the biggest problem. And that’s not true. When you train your body for exercise, you are doing so for the sake of losing weight. However, in a lot of ways the weight loss process is not only about doing more things for your body, but also about getting your body to turn fat.
I have a feeling I’m going to start thinking about this in a lot of different ways. I’ve always been pretty committed to dieting. So I want to start thinking about how I can feed myself to fat-free bodies by not eating too much. I have a few ideas, but these should probably be in a different order.
