This summer fitness van has been a favorite of mine for years. My favorite part about it is that it is a mobile gym, with all the trimmings. I love that it is so easy to use that I am able to take it anywhere, in any weather. The price is right, too, and the convenience is a big plus.
As most people have said, it’s all about the numbers. People can do everything they want to, and there is much more to be said about how many people can do something they want to do than about their actual fitness. But it doesn’t matter. The numbers are what matters.
And here we have the biggest problem with this. We have to remember that the fitness world is completely different than the real fitness world. People who work out in gyms or on fitness websites are not athletes. They are people who are fit, but they are not athletes. They are not fit and they are not athletes. They are just people who are exercising.
I’m pretty sure I have the right feeling about this. In fact my feeling is that it’s the best thing to do, because I’ve already accomplished it. But I do it better than I expected. I’m pretty sure I’ve done it. I’m pretty sure I’m doing it better than I expected.

Most people think about fitness, nutrition, and weight loss through the lens of diets. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. It can also get very difficult to think about how to do things that are “the right way”. It can be hard for you to see how much better you are doing with your current lifestyle and how much better you can be.
