My favorite question that I get asked a good number of times is “what’s the best time of year for exercise?” The answer is simple: the summer. I have been able to incorporate fitness into my life at an amazing pace this summer.
And it’s not just due to the fact that summer is a great time to exercise, but also due to the fact that summer is actually the best time of the year to work out because it gives you a ton of free time to play video games. The only way to find out for sure is to try it out. So how do you know if its the best time of year to exercise? Its a simple thing.
And the most difficult part about this is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made in my life is thinking about what you’re trying to accomplish. The more you focus on what you’re trying to accomplish, the more it’s probably the most important thing on your mind right now.
This is because the most important thing we will ever accomplish is the most difficult thing. By focusing too much on what we want to accomplish, we end up missing out on the actual thing we want to accomplish.
I always say something like, “I want to have the best friends in the world.” Thats a little bit hard to say in reality, because we live in a society that is filled with weird people. It’s like, “hey, I want to be a good friend.” That’s a little bit hard to say. I tell myself I want to be a better friend, but I never really do.
The first level of self-care I’m going to take on this week is making sure that I pay attention to my body’s posture and how it makes me feel around myself. That way I’m not really worried that I’ll lose my feet, which is pretty easy to do if I’ve not started using the gym every day.
When I think of health and fitness I think of people doing things like cycling and running, or even jumping to get really high. It seems like the most natural thing to do and I think I have the body for it. I dont know, it just seems like something that I should be doing more of.
I’m not saying that you have to go to the gym every day to be a healthy human being. I don’t believe that healthy human beings should be doing anything else.
You know, I would guess that most people who have been physically active for a long time don’t actually like to exercise. That’s pretty much the only thing I can think of that I absolutely hate doing, and I get tired of it pretty quickly. I get so tired of having to put on a tank top and lace up a pair of tights every time I put my feet up. I can’t imagine how people who are so active at least once a day could possibly be healthy.
