I love this phrase, la fitness aramingo. I like to use it when I’m thinking about my own well being, and I just like the way this translates to the world. I believe that our minds are the greatest tool we have in life and that they should be used to help us feel healthier and stronger.

I’m in a long-term relationship with a guy who works in the same industry and we do not talk about it. He’s a great guy though. When he first started getting into health and fitness, he was always trying to get better. “What am I doing wrong?” he would ask.
Well, the answer is that when a person gets into a long-term relationship with someone, its not always about being the best person for them. Its about being the best person they can be for themself. I personally can attest that this principle applies to the health and fitness arena. I just got up to speed on the latest and greatest trends in the industry and I came away with a whole new perspective on a lot of the things I was doing wrong.
So if I had to pick one thing that I could take away from all of this, it’d be that fitness and health seem to be in a constant state of flux.
