Hosaeus is, of course, a small, quaint, and decidedly family oriented gym. It is located in the heart of the city. You can just park your car in the lot and walk to the building. The gym is open from roughly 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday. And while the facility itself is well-equipped, its not exactly a gym.
The gym was started by the original Arkane, who had one of his main goals in life: to improve his fitness level. He also had the intention of improving his overall health and strength. This was done in a way that makes him seem more like a person that has a healthy body, but also a healthy mind and spirit. He did not make this goal conscious. In fact, it was just a few days before he got his first fitness lesson.
It is hard to imagine how many people would come to the gym with their fitness goals as their main focus. Many people would just come in to use the equipment, or would come in to simply work out. But it is also true that many people are not interested in improving their overall health, just their physical fitness. And many people are not interested in improving their overall performance, just their physical strength.
