I like my workouts to be full circle. I try to do something I don’t usually think of and see if I can incorporate it into my routine. I am not a huge fan of cardio but I like to incorporate it into my strength training routine. I like to have a great base and then go from there.
When you’re on your own in a physical workout, you do a lot of cardio. When you go out for a workout, I would encourage you to do more cardio on your abs and shoulders. I know that sounds crazy, but I don’t think it’s really that strange that you should do a workout every day so you can focus on cardio instead of cardio.
One of the best things about full circle fitness is that it gets you active, which equates to a sense of accomplishment. It also equates to a sense of accomplishment when you accomplish what you originally set out to do.

We are not trying to teach you any of that, but we are trying to figure out what youre doing with your time. If youre still not sure what youre doing with your time, then youre a better fit for what youre saying.
