Not to mention that theyre extremely popular with our celebrity friends. Now that we’re all skinny, we’re all looking to gain muscle and fitness. If you’ve ever tried to lose weight, you’ll know that it’s much harder than it looks. When you’re trying to slim down for the sake of a magazine article, you can’t really do much more than eat and drink.
For many, the idea of taking regular exercise is a no-brainer. You do it because it makes you feel good. But for us, it takes effort to get there. It’s a lot harder than just going for a walk. Even though it is a much more natural thing, we still feel like it takes effort because if you don’t exercise, you cant really build muscle or lose body fat.
It takes effort to build muscle. If youre trying to build muscle, youll have to do some intensive exercises and use weight machines. But we find that building muscle is just no easier than it looks. Sure, youll need to exercise a bit more (probably) but it does not take that much extra effort for us to build the muscle we need.
Yes, we’ve seen the occasional muscle building video but this is our first time seeing the actual muscle building process. At the gym, we like to use a stationary bike or elliptical machine and we take our weights with us. But in the gym, we have to use machines that can’t really be used for cardio. But for us, the muscles we want to build are not the ones that you see in the gym videos. They are the ones in the gym.
We have a few exercises that we do with weight machines and do them for about 30-45 minutes a day, and we keep our muscles flexible for the rest of the day, but the muscle we want to build is usually that little bit of extra body we see in the gym videos. It’s the muscle we want to sculpt.

You can build a little bit of muscle in any weight machine, and you can build the muscle you want to sculpt in your gym.
