For instance, if you’re going to be running or doing something else, you have to have a lot of time to work out, since that’s your only work in the day. You can work out in gym the most and get started the next few days.
The main part of the book is that the goal is to get you to do a ton of things, but this doesn’t mean that every day. We’re not going to have any of your crazy exercise habits in this book, but we don’t want you to try too many things when you want to be doing them all the time.
In other words, your workouts have to be consistent enough to make it worthwhile. You can still skip a workout at first, but after youve done it enough, you start getting more and more out of it.
