For example, to start tracking your sleep, you can put your phone in a sleep mode for a sleep period of 10 minutes or more.
The app itself also tracks your sleep and lets you set your own goals for sleep that you can review in the app. You can track sleep using the app on your phone, your wristband, or the Fitbit. You can also use the app to get a better idea of how you’re sleeping.
If youre going to do any kind of serious exercise, it is best to use a device that has a tracking feature. A tracker like dmoose fitness is rather good at tracking your activity, and can also detect when youre in a sleep cycle, which lets you know when to go to sleep.
