I’m a big believer that you really need to start paying attention to your body and it’s ability to respond and respond appropriately to the actions you take. So if you just want to get fit, do what you want to do, and do it quickly, then the same thing applies to fitness and fitness. It’s like a marathon, but with different people in it.
This is one of the better ways to apply the rule of thumb from the introduction of this book, which states that the same things are boring as long as they are the same things. So if you can do the same things in the same ways that you do it, do it.

People with a gym membership feel like they are doing something special and they are in a great environment. These days most gyms have fitness classes, and many of them are for people of all fitness levels.
