I love the gym, so I am constantly amazed at how many of the people in the gym are actually thinking about their workout goals. How could it be that these people aren’t realizing their goal, but instead are just going to do what they really want to do? It doesn’t help that we don’t have to give them the time to practice. We have to be able to just do the things they want to do.
In my daily life I don’t have to worry about if I am running a marathon or doing yoga. I just do them. People who are just going to do what they want to do to stay in shape are not just going to do that. There are other people out there who do yoga in their garage and they just go to the gym and start doing their thing there. I am not one of those people.
