This is one of my absolute favorite fitness classes in the area. This is a great session for those who are new at walking, and for those who want to increase their fitness level.
I’ve been doing a lot of long walks lately (I still have a few more walking in me), and I think it’s a good way to kick off a new fitness routine. It’s an excellent way to break up a long car ride, while it also helps you to focus on when to stop for breaks. Like the cardio, this class also focuses on the upper body, while the lower body is more of a form-through-focus session.
It sounds like you could do a lot of things with this class. I have a few friends that I walk with on a regular basis, and we often find ourselves skipping class when were on a long hike. I think this class is a great way to get back into the habit of walking.
It’s also more likely that your friend would start to get on board with the class, especially if they would like to walk more often. Since the class is for women, I’m sure they would probably want to walk more than they currently do.
To make sure you get what you’re looking for in this class, we are going to be using a new, but still very cool, “Seed-building” concept. It’s also something we have been wanting to try, so we are going to use a little bit of our knowledge to try it out for ourselves.

I have been wanting to try Seed-building for a long time. Last summer I made an attempt to learn it in a class back in college, but it just didn’t work for me. Then last summer I decided to try again and I thought it was a good idea to learn it for my own self as well.
The concept of Seed-building is similar to the concept of building a tree. The idea is to create a seed that will grow into a tree (see the “How to Learn” page for more). The trees in the game are all of the same size and shape and can be grown like regular trees. The goal of this game is to build a tree that will grow in a similar fashion to a real tree, which in our game is known as a “Seed-tree.
We’ve been trying to build a Seed-tree since the last game’s launch. We’ve been wanting to do a more realistic game with Seed-trees for a while now and we were very close to getting it done.
