If you are new in town, you could find yourself in the hospital or being treated for an ailment. If you are already here, the prospect of sitting in a hospital bed or being in the doctor’s office and being on call all day isn’t a good one. In 24 hour fitness you can do things that you wouldnt ordinarily do. You can do things that you usually dont do, like lift heavy things, or stand up when you arent supposed to; a lot of the exercises require you to lift something heavy, but its much easier than in the gym. And the doctor office is the perfect place to do all these exercises. They have the best doctors, nurses, and techs in the city.

A lot of people don’t realize that Calisthenics are a form of exercise that are really bad for you. They’re a form of physical and mental torture that leaves you feeling sore and exhausted for hours. Its a form of exercise that has been linked to lower blood pressure and heart attacks. To make matters worse, calisthenics are known to increase levels of stress hormones.
